Prices on equipment, textbooks, supplies, fees and tuition are approximate and subject to change without notice. In your new role as a physician assistant student, you will be working with a wide variety of patients. Part of that process will require the use of traditional medical instruments and devices, the "tools of the trade." Each student will be required to have, at their disposal, the following basic set of equipment and supplies.

Applying for aid
Financial aid is provided by Student Financial Assistance & Education. Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid at www.studentaid.gov. and list the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School Code 002104. They must also cmplete the Maryland Residency Form.
Student Financial Assistance and Education will receive a list of admitted students to the program and will verify the receipt of the FAFSA and other eligibility for federal loans.
Awarding
Eligible students will receive an award notification from UMB on or after May 1. Students must determine if they wish to receive loans and follow the instructions to secure the loans. Students will be considered for the Federal Direct Unsubsidized Stafford Loan and the Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan.
