Apps to Support Your Self-Care
Focusing on self-care is hard! Oftentimes it can seem like just another thing on an already-lengthy to-do list. There are many ways to reach your goals, support your wellbeing and relax, but where to begin?
UMB’s Student Counseling Center has compiled a list of self-care apps that can help you in ways ranging from mindfulness journaling to breathing exercises to supportive AIs that will coach you through your day-to-day life. Many of these apps are free or have a free version, and some of the paid options are discounted for students.
